Slidefluence Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Slidefluence("Slidefluence", "we", "our", or "us"), the AI-powered slideshow generation and TikTok publishing service operated by Slidefluence. By creating an account or otherwise using Slidefluence, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Slidefluence, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Slidefluence.

2. Service description

Slidefluence is an AI-powered tool that helps creators generate TikTok-style slideshow content. Slidefluence provides:

AI-generated slide copy (hooks, body text, captions, hashtags)
Aesthetic stock photo and AI-generated background images
YouTube Shorts video generation with narration and motion
Scheduling and direct publishing to your own connected TikTok and YouTube accounts via the platforms' official APIs

3. TikTok integration

Slidefluence integrates with TikTok via TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. When you connect a TikTok account to Slidefluence:

Slidefluence obtains an OAuth access token scoped only to publishing content on your behalf
Slidefluence never receives your TikTok password
You can revoke Slidefluence's access at any time from your TikTok account settings or from your Slidefluence dashboard
You remain solely responsible for the content you publish to TikTok and must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and TikTok's Terms of Service

4. User responsibilities

You agree that you will not use Slidefluence to:

Publish spam, misleading content, or misinformation
Publish content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights
Publish content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or harmful to minors
Violate TikTok's Community Guidelines or YouTube's Community Guidelines
Circumvent rate limits or use Slidefluence for automated abuse

5. Content ownership

You retain all rights to the content you generate using Slidefluence. Slidefluencegrants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and publish the output. Slidefluence claims no ownership of your generated content.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Slidefluence offers paid subscription plans. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard settings, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@tokshift.com.

7. Account termination

Slidefluence may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for Slidefluence or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings, which will also disconnect all linked TikTok and YouTube accounts.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Slidefluence is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Slidefluence is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or YouTube. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slidefluence's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid Slidefluence in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

Slidefluence may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Slidefluence after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
